Steeping Guide:
- First pour hot water into the teapot (capacity 250 ml) and teacup warm, pour away the water, and then add the ancient tree black tea;
- After the water starts to boil, cool slightly to 200℉ before brewing;
- Cover the pot, no more than 5 seconds, The first sixth brew, no stuffy, directly out of the soup, you can drink;
- The seventh to 14th brew, the brewing time is 10 to 20 seconds, and the brewing time will increase each time (depending on personal taste).
- Continuous brewing more than 10, the aroma is still fragrant, endless aftertaste.
NOTE:
- The water temperature should not be too high, 194℉~200℉ is the most suitable;
- Do not need to be stuffy when brewing, directly out of the soup can be.
