What is Jianshui?

Jianshui, also known as Shui Fang, Shui Yu, Dregs Fang, Tea Wash, as the name suggests, is a container used to hold water. The main purpose of the tea ceremony is to receive the tea water after warming the cup, or to replace the tea residue after brewing.
