Shou Mei is a white tea product made from the shoots or leaves of Dabai Tea, Shuixian or group species of tea tree varieties. The origin is Jianyang. The leaves are thick and stalky. New Shou Mei has a full-bodied flavor and strong floral aroma. Old Shou Mei has an aged, medicinal and jujube flavor with a soft taste. It has the effect of promoting metabolism, digestion and absorption, clearing heat and detoxification.
