Chenpi

Xinhui Chenpi is a traditional Han Chinese specialty of Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, and is the dried and matured fruit rind of the tangerine and its cultivated varieties in the Brassicaceae family.

Chenpi contains Chuan Chenpiin, Hesperidin, Neohesperidin, Hesperidin, p-hydroxyforin, flavonoid compounds, etc. It has the effect of regulating qi, strengthening the spleen, drying dampness and resolving phlegm.
