Frozen Top Oolong Tea, commonly known as Frozen Top Tea, is a famous semi-fermented tea packaged in Taiwan. It is named because it is produced in Frozen Top Mountain. The main raw material of Frozen Top Oolong Tea is the green heart oolong tea tree on Frozen Top Mountain. The annual average temperature of the producing area is 22 °C, water is rich, vegetation is lush, and clouds and mists are shrouded all year round, which is very suitable for the growth of tea trees. However, because the mountains are steep and it is not easy to pick, the output is limited, especially precious.
Making tea
