Green tea brewing usually involves the following steps:

How to brew green tea
1、Prepare the utensils. It is best to use a transparent glass to brew green tea. This will not only allow you to enjoy the color and expansion of the green tea, but also make it easier to observe the color change of the tea soup.

2、Warm the glass.First, preheat the glass with boiling water. Pour in about 1/3 cup of boiling water. Shake the glass gently and then pour out the water.

3、Add the tea.Depending on the size of the glass, put in an appropriate amount of dried tea, usually 3 to 4 grams.

4、Fill the water.Adjust the water temperature according to the type and tenderness of the tea. Generally, the water temperature of green tea should be 80 to 90 degrees Celsius. When filling the water, pour it slowly along the glass wall, about seven times full of the glass.

5、Shake the aroma.Curl the fingers of the left hand into a point and press them against the bottom of the glass. Hold the glass with the right hand. With the cooperation of the two hands, make the tea and water in the glass rotate counterclockwise for about 1 minute to wake up the aroma of the tea.

6、Drink.After waiting for a few minutes, you can enjoy the floating and expansion of the tea in the glass and taste the tea soup.

There are also other brewing methods, such as the middle method and the top method. These methods are suitable for different types and tenderness of green tea.In the middle method, 1/3 of the water is first poured into the glass, then the tea is put in and the glass is filled with water;in the top method, the water is first filled with tea. These methods can better show the aroma and taste of green tea.
